Tier 1 - Simple designs such as French tips, lines, swirls, polka dots and subtle accents Tier 2 – Medium complexity art like flowers, stripes, flames, plaid or moderate detailing. Tier 3 – Advanced hand-painted or 3D molded art, multi-layered, custom concept or maximalist designs. Freestyle - I design the set!
